Itinerary
Day 1: Fes – Midelt – Erfoud – Merzouga
Start your private tour heading towards the Atlas Mountains, with stops in Azrou and Ifrane to explore the famous cedar forest, home to the native Berber monkeys. Then continue through the Tiz Ntalghamt pass and the Ziz Gorge—perfect for photos and a traditional mint tea break. Journey through the Ziz Valley to Erfoud and Rissani, stopping at an oasis before reaching the desert dunes of Erg Chebbi. Swap your 4×4 for camels (optional) and trek to the desert camp, where a traditional dinner and campfire music await under the starry sky.
Day 2: Merzouga – Midelt – Fes
Begin early to watch the stunning sunrise over the dunes, followed by a camel ride (optional) back to the village for breakfast at a hotel. Return by road to Rissani and Erfoud for a quick stop before traveling through Ifrane and finally back to Fes.
